Season 7 comes to a close with a familiar team capturing the silverware. The Kobe Beef won the league for the second consecutive season and third time in the league's seven year history. This establishes the Kobe Beef as the class of the league, as coach hoosiers76 has guided his team to a top 4 finish in every season thus far.

Coming in second place is an upstart ants team. Only in their second season of the J-League, coach sportsfix22 has done a magnificent job of building on an inaugural 9th place finish last season. Had this been a Sunday League, nobody would have chalked things up to much more than a fluke, but the J-League features four original teams. One thing is certain - the ants won't sneak up on anyone in upcoming seasons.

The KH Shoguns have reestablished their claim as one of the Big 4, finishing in third place. After winning the league championship in season 3, the Shoguns were unable to break back into the top 4; having finished in 5th place during seasons 4 and 5. They came back with a vengeance with a 2nd place finish in season 6, however, and coach paellis11 looks to continue the trend in the future.

The Banana Boys continue their run of top 4 finishes; this season squeaking into 4th. Coach joannes3000 has guided his Boys to a sixth consecutive finish in the top 4, although his place within the Big 4 seems to be on shaky ground. The Banana Boys have lost ground in consecutive seasons and look to be the most likely target to be overtaken in the future.
